What your host sees and keeps

The company hosting your dinner uses Quartermaster to plan it. Here's what that means for you.

• Your host sees your name, title and company, and your registration status.
• Your host may keep notes from the dinner, such as topics you discussed and a suggested follow-up.
• Quartermaster keeps dinner notes permanently and may use them as training data to improve its AI features. By registering, you agree to that.
• Dietary needs you share are seen only by your host's team, are never sent to their CRM or chat tools, and are deleted 30 days after the dinner.
• Nobody emails you automatically: any message you get from your host was written or reviewed, and sent, by a person.
