Terms of service
These terms cover your company's use of the Quartermaster platform ("the platform"), run by Quartermaster Studio ("Quartermaster", "we"). The admin who creates your company's workspace accepts them for your company.
1. What the platform does
The platform helps you plan and run executive dinners: finding guests who match your ideal customer profile, drafting invitations in your own email, tracking registrations, preparing briefings and seating, and drafting follow-ups. It connects to services you choose (such as Apollo, Clay, Luma, Gmail, Slack and your CRM) using your own accounts.
2. Workspaces and accounts
- Each company has one workspace, tied to its email domain. People sign in with their company's Google or Microsoft account.
- Admins manage who has access, the workspace's connections and its settings. You're responsible for who you let in, including people from other companies you invite.
- If someone claims your company's workspace by mistake, email support@quartermaster.studio and we'll sort out who the admin should be.
3. Plans, trials and payment
- New workspaces start a free 30-day trial with every Team feature.
- After the trial, the Team plan costs $49 per user per month, billed monthly. A user is every active admin and member of the workspace, including people from other companies you invite.
- If the trial ends without a payment method, the workspace becomes read-only: you can still see and export everything, but can't run new searches, drafts, syncs or AI until an admin adds one. Nothing is deleted.
- Payments run through Stripe. Cards are entered on Stripe's pages and never reach Quartermaster. Adding or removing a user is charged or credited on the next invoice.
- Prices and plans may change; we'll tell admins at least 30 days before a price change affects you.
- Your plan includes AI features up to a monthly budget. Past the budget, features use plain templates until the next month.
- Costs of the services you connect (data credits, Luma, Slack, your CRM and so on) are yours and are billed by those services.
4. Your responsibilities
- You need a lawful basis to use the personal data you bring in or source about your guests, and you follow the rules of the services you connect.
- The platform creates email drafts only. You review and send every message yourself, from your own mailbox, and you're responsible for what you send.
- AI-written drafts, scores and briefings can be wrong. Review them before relying on or sending them.
- Don't use the platform to send spam, harass anyone, or break the law, and don't try to reach another workspace's data or disrupt the service.
5. Your data
- Your workspace's data (guests, dinners, notes and settings) belongs to your company. You let us store and process it to run the platform for you.
- Dinner debriefs and the notes drawn from them are kept permanently, and we may use them as training data to improve the platform's AI features. Your guests are told this in the guest notice.
- AI features send the facts they need (for example a guest's title, company and the dinner's details) to Anthropic's Claude, on Quartermaster's account.
- We record signed-in sessions to find and fix problems. Typed text, guest contact details, dietary notes, intro notes and API keys are hidden in those recordings. See the privacy notice.
- Each workspace's data is kept separate from every other workspace's. Quartermaster staff who run the platform see which workspaces exist and their usage, never their guests or dinners, unless you ask for help with them.
6. Leaving
Admins can export the workspace's guests, events and statuses at any time from Setup → Workspace, and ask us to delete the workspace by emailing support@quartermaster.studio. We delete it and confirm when it's done; debriefs already used as training data stay in that training data. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms, after telling its admins unless the breach is serious.
7. The service
We work to keep the platform available and secure, but it's provided as is, without guarantees that it'll be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Quartermaster isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what your company paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes
When these terms change in a way that matters, we'll publish a new version and ask an admin to accept it. Questions go to support@quartermaster.studio.
